Subscription Terms and Conditions

WinChart™, hereinafter known as "Service" is being provided to you by Straits Index (M) Sdn Bhd hereinafter known as "SISB". You are authorised to access this Service when you have completely filled in all the required registration information and indicated your concurrence with the terms of this Service as described in the registration instruction.
This Agreement and your registration information are the complete Agreement between you and SISB regarding this Service and any prior oral or other communications between us.

  1. Service shall commence and this Agreement shall become effective on the date of activation of the Service by SISB.

  2. SISB reserves the right to withdraw the Service from you at its own discretion without prior notice or giving any reason at all, if the Service use a by you is disruptive, causes a malfunction of the Service, violates the terms of this Agreement or violates any copyright or other intellectual property rights of ours or of any third party.

  3. Full payment must be received upon registration by SISB before or on the due date stated in the statement account. Payment can be made by cash, crossed cheque or money order. Payment made are not refundable.

  4. Cheques should be made payable to Straits Index (M) Sdn Bhd and crossed Account Payee Only. Kindly write your name or company name, user ID and invoice number on the reverse side of the cheque.

  5. Should the subscriber fail to settle the outstanding billing amounts reflected in their billing statement, SISB shall have the right to suspend the Service to the subscriber in order to protect itself from any further losses and take the necessary action to recover the
    amount. For reactivation, the subscriber will need to pay the regular subscription fee.

  6. SISB reserves the right to amend the Service charges at a rate it deemed fit without prior notice.

  7. SISB reserves the right to amend or supplement any or all of these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion and the Customer shall be bound by any such amendments and/or supplement.
