I have been using WinChart since 2000 and have found it to be very user friendly, easy and fast to use. As a remisier, it is very common for our clients to seek our views on the technical details of any counter and speed is important to us. Dear Straits Index Staffs,
I would like to express my appreciation to you all for providing me a wonderful product and service. 
Before I used WinChart, I was trading with no plans, and suffered huge losses. After I used WinChart, I learned to trade with my own analysis of charts, and trade with my trading plan. WinChart really teaches chart analysis rather than just technical indicators, and I now totally believe that chart is more important than indicators signals.

The on-going training provided by WinChart is unquestionably remarkable; and I strongly recommend any body who wants to be serious in investing or trading in the stock market participating their training. You won't get the same training else where, not to mention that their training is given for free. 
Finally, I would like to praise all staffs in Straits Index for their great job, in helping me with other computer related supports. Not only my problems were solved promptly, there is also a unique environment and personal touch where I always felt warm and welcomed whenever I pay a visit to them.
